Our experienced Contract Management Department ensure the objectives on each of our projects are met. Contract Managers are responsible for Operatives on site and ensure delivery of project specific requirements. Core expertise encompasses project management, commercial negotiation, skills in roofing and cladding, specialist trades and knowledge of Health and Safety guidelines including CDM regulations. Being thorough, adaptable and organised, with good attention to detail, our contract teams ensure work is completed on time, to high standards and within budget.
